It seems there’s an exploit in the web version of twitter allowing someone to do some pretty nasty things if you move your mouse over a link. Some users are even blacking out their malicious tweets so you can see the dummy link. Please note that this exploit activates simply by moving your mouse over the link…. you don’t actually have to click it. Mashable recommends, and I agree, using a program like TweetDeck or something similar to access the service until the problem is resolved.
Help spread the word before we end up with a bunch of people breaking into Twitter accounts.
